My training and experience

I am a BACP Accredited counsellor and psychotherapist and a UKRCP Registered Independent Counsellor / Psychotherapist.

 I began training in psychotherapy in 2004 at Spectrum.  I have many years personal experience of one to one and group therapy. Learning how to use the support of others and to develop my own personal relationships was my inspiration to train to be a psychotherapist.

I have a successful career in IT and management and bring these skills and experiences to my work

I am committed to my professional development and I abide by the Spectrum Training Code of Ethics and Practice.

Spectrum is a centre for humanistic psychology and Spectrum Training is a member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy.

As an accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and I am bound by their Professional Conduct Procedure and abide by their Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
